Taliana Vargas Unveils Pure Earth’s Responsible Jewelry Auction Featuring Works From Over 30 Leading Designers

The Pure Earth collection of responsible jewelry, featuring works created by over 30 leading jewelry designersis now open for bidding until April 23, presented by Colombian actress, model, and philanthropist Taliana Vargas (most recently seen in Netflix’s Narcos).

Funds raised will support Pure Earth’s work around the world to clean up pollution, including efforts to teach artisanal gold miners to go mercury free.

Participating designers created their pieces using responsibly-sourced materials, including mercury-free gold, and Fairmined gold donated by gold refinery Hoover and Strong, above ground diamonds donated by Diamond Foundry, and post-consumer gems donated by Perpetuum Jewels.

This is the 3rd special collection curated by Pure Earth.

Taliana Vargas will close the auction at the Pure Earth Benefit Bash on April 23. The event will also feature special guest Gina McCarthy, former head of the EPA; designer Pili Restrepo, our Pure Gold Award recipient; and many of the more than 30 leading designers.
