“… while most everyone has heard about “going green,” few are aware of the more dire and sinister “brown” pollution — places where man-made toxic pollutants have taken root and spread.”
– from “The Brown Agenda,” by Richard Fuller
As you can see in this post from 2011 which answers the question: What is the Brown Agenda?, we’ve been talking about the brown agenda for some time. Now, Pure Earth founder Richard Fuller has put together a new book about this issue that explains the urgency for action.
“The Brown Agenda: My Mission To Clean up The World’s Most Life-Threatening Pollution” chronicles Richard’s perilous travels to the earth’s most toxic locations, where he introduces us to the plight of the poisoned poor.
The book’s message is clear. Pollution is today the single largest cause of death in the developing world. We should not ignore this global threat any longer, especially since there are solutions. Toxic pollution is one problem that can be solved.
So help us spread the word. “The Brown Agenda” has already made it to Amazon’s Hot New Releases List.
