Beth co-founded Brilliant Earth in 2005 with the mission to cultivate a more transparent, sustainable, compassionate and inclusive jewelry industry. Brilliant Earth went public in 2021, established a Foundation and provided Pure Earth an inaugural grant to support the strengthening of a mercury-free Fairmined Gold value chain and reforestation of the Amazon Rainforest in Peru.
