“I hope to open eyes and save lives. Even I wasn’t aware of how big the problem of pollution was until a couple of years ago when I went on a research trip for a film project to India. I witnessed firsthand the appalling conditions the poor families had to face every day who live near what is now an abandoned toxic hotspot.”
